Originally from India, carrom has been enjoyed for generations by friends and families thanks to its simple rules and satisfying gameplay. The objective is easy to understand, but consistently landing accurate shots takes practice, timing, and careful positioning.
Using the striker, you'll flick your pieces across the board to pocket them into the four corner pockets. Every turn requires you to think ahead, whether you're setting up your next shot, blocking your opponent, or lining up the perfect angle to sink multiple pieces. The physics-based gameplay makes each match feel different, rewarding both precision and patience.

Game Modes
Classic Carrom
This mode follows the traditional rules of carrom. You play with the white pieces while the AI controls the black ones. Your goal is to pocket all of your pieces before your opponent. To win, you'll also need to pocket the red Queen and successfully cover it by sinking one of your own pieces on a following shot.
Disc Pool
Disc Pool offers a faster and more straightforward experience. There is no Queen to worry about, so the focus is entirely on clearing your assigned pieces. The first player to pocket all eight of their discs wins the match.
Freestyle
Freestyle changes the objective by introducing a points system. Every successful shot earns points regardless of color. White pieces are worth 10 points, black pieces give 5 points, and the red Queen awards 50 points. The player with the highest score when the board is cleared wins.
How to Play
Start each turn by positioning the striker along your baseline. Aim carefully, adjust your shot power, and flick the striker toward the pieces on the board. Pocket your assigned discs while trying to leave your opponent with difficult shots.
In Classic Carrom, remember that pocketing the Queen alone isn't enough. You'll need to cover it with one of your own pieces before your opponent gets the chance. In every mode, planning your angles and controlling your shot strength can make the difference between a great turn and giving your opponent an easy opportunity.
Controls
- Mouse: Aim the striker.
- Click and Drag: Adjust shot direction and power.
- Release Left Mouse Button: Flick the striker.
Take your time with each shot, learn how the pieces react after every collision, and use the board's edges to create clever bank shots. The more you play, the easier it becomes to judge angles and build winning strategies.
